Musk has bought himself a government

Elon Musk, the wealthiest man in the world, contributed US$ 288 million to Donald Trump’s Presidential Campaign, but he hasn’t stop there. Now he is spending $1 million a week on TV commercials aimed at praising Donald Trump and bad-mouthing his predecessor, Joe Biden.

Musk’s automobile company, Tesla, doesn’t seem to be doing very well. Sales are plummeting, to some extent because potential buyers feel indignant about his political activities, but also because of the fact that the autopilot technology Musk created made it the deadliest of all brands sold in America.

But Musk’s real interest in supporting Donald Trump through thick and thin is his SpaceX Starship and his SpaceX satellite technology.

Musk’s terrestrial autopilot technology for Tesla didn’t do well, and now it looks like his SpaceX Starship is exploding with alarming frequency. The latest one was just two days ago, minutes after its launch near Brownsville, Texas. Airports as far away as Philadelphia had to delay departures to avoid falling debris. Another SpaceX starship had blown up less than two months ago. Debris from the failed upper stage of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket fell over Poland a few weeks ago.

But Musk is saving “trillions of dollars” for the US government with his DOGE boys! Money that he would, no doubt, love to see supporting his many terrestrial and celestial enterprises. What after all is US$ 288 million plus $1 million a week invested into supporting Donald Trump when compared to that?
